Introducing My Little Fit Life (Video 1)

Whether I show it or not, fitness has always been a major part of my life. I love to stay in shape, not just to stay slim, but to become a version of myself that I am proud to see in the mirror every day.
Introducing My Little Fit Life, a new fitness series brought to you by me in order to show you fitness that’s not so perfect. I can film a million fitness videos with me breathing hard and actually struggling. This series is going to be 8 weeks where you all can see my fitness progression over time, the good, the bad, and the ugly. This series will be all about showing you all the real me as I start on this journey. This first video of the series is very sporadic to say the least. I had a busy week, but stuck to the Nike Running Club training schedule. It will be 8 intense weeks, so here’s to more next week!
