Hello everyone! Hope you’ve had a great week! With my My Little Fit Life posts, I’m going to start adding more of a blog post element! I’m really excited to share more of my fitness journey and tips that I’ve found out during my time with you all! I’m doing my best right now to transition with the weather because Atlanta has gone from 90 degree weather to mid 50s and 60s in a matter of days! I wasn’t ready for it, but a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do to get ready for it! I want to share some of the pieces that I’m stocking up with to get the best workout possible, while still staying warm!
It’s been a great 4 weeks and now the injuries are starting to pile up! I personally am blaming it on the cold weather transition that is happening lately! Hopefully my body will start adjusting more in the coming weeks, but we’ll have to see! I had to take this week off for the most part and let my body rest and give it the time it needs, so I can come back bigger, better, and stronger! Next week will be mid session checkups, so I’m going to give more measurements and show more of what I’ve been doing to stay fit.
